Content Policy for Creators

Paradeh is exclusively for short films. This Content Policy sets what Creators may upload, how ownership and licensing work, and when we may reject, suspend, or remove content.

• You retain ownership of your intellectual property.
• By uploading, you grant Paradeh a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, encode, stream, cache, watermark, promote, and technically protect your film and related assets on the Platform.
• You represent that you own or control all rights needed (including music, footage, talent releases, and trademarks) for commercial streaming on Paradeh.

• Original short films, short documentaries, and short animated works you are authorised to distribute.
• Films with clear titles, descriptions, and thumbnails that accurately represent the work.
• Content that complies with Indian law and these policies.

• Copyright-infringing, pirated, or unlicensed films, clips, or soundtracks.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Content involving exploitation of minors in any form.
• Misleading metadata, fake trailers, or bait-and-switch listings.
• Malware, phishing, or content designed to harm users or the Platform.
• Anything otherwise unlawful under Indian law.

• You set your own rental/viewing price within Platform rules.
• Viewers receive streaming-only access for the period you specify (or the Platform default shown at purchase).
• Downloads are not permitted; DRM and watermarking may be applied.

Paradeh may review, delay, reject, delist, or remove content that violates this Policy, our Community Guidelines, or Copyright & DMCA Policy. Repeat or severe violations may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts where legally permitted.

Creator earnings are paid after deducting applicable platform fees, taxes, refunds/chargebacks, and payment-gateway charges, on the schedule described in the creator dashboard or related notices.
