The brand name used on the Platform is Paradeh. The official website URL for all payments and Services is https://paradeh.com/. Using any other URL for payment may result in failure of customer payments.

Paradeh (operated by 9036597895) is an online Platform that offers digital Services, including without limitation: (a) browsing and discovering short films and related listings; (b) purchasing time-limited streaming / viewing access ("tickets") to short films; and (c) enabling creators to upload and offer original short films for paid viewing. Prices for tickets and other paid Services are displayed on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) at the time of purchase. Delivery of purchased access is digital (streaming), as further described in our Shipping Policy.

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka.

• All prices for tickets and paid Services are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways enabled on https://paradeh.com/. You authorise the Platform Owner and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
• A purchase is complete only when the payment gateway confirms successful payment. Failed, abandoned, or declined payments do not grant access.
• Upon successful payment for a ticket, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to stream the selected content for the viewing period stated at purchase. Content is streamed only and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, redistributed, or commercially exploited.

• You may use the Platform only for lawful personal (or authorised creator) purposes consistent with these Terms.
• You must not reverse engineer, scrape abusively, bypass DRM/access controls, share accounts to evade purchase limits, or upload infringing, illegal, or prohibited content.
• Platform software, trademarks, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to the Platform Owner. Creator films remain owned by their respective rights holders; by uploading, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to host and stream their content.
• Unauthorised use may result in suspension, removal of content, and legal action under applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka.
