Copyright & DMCA Policy

Paradeh respects intellectual property and expects Creators and Users to do the same.

1. Our position

Creators retain ownership of their films. Paradeh hosts and streams content under licence and does not claim ownership of Creator IP. Uploading infringing material is strictly prohibited. We respond to valid infringement notices and may remove or disable access to disputed content.

2. User obligations

  • Do not upload, stream-rip, screen-record, redistribute, or commercially exploit content you do not own or control.
  • Do not circumvent DRM, watermarks, or access controls.
  • Report suspected infringement promptly.

3. Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on Paradeh infringes your copyright, email support@paradeh.com with subject "Copyright Notice" and include:

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
  • Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing material on Paradeh.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorised to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable if clearly intended as signature).

4. Our response

Upon receiving a substantially complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the uploader, and take further action including account suspension for repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law and our Terms.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to support@paradeh.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction of courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka, India, and your signature. We may restore content when legally appropriate.

6. Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false infringement claims or counter-notices may result in liability under applicable law and account termination.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
