1. What is Paradeh?

Paradeh is a digital marketplace exclusively for paid short films. Creators upload original work and set prices; viewers purchase time-limited streaming access.

2. Can I download films?

No. Films are streamed only. Downloads, screen recording, and redistribution are prohibited and may violate our Terms and Indian law.

3. How long can I watch after buying?

Access lasts for the viewing period shown at purchase, set by the Creator (a limited default such as 24 hours may apply). When the window ends, you need a new purchase to watch again.

4. When do I get access after payment?

Access is normally granted automatically immediately after successful payment. If it does not appear, contact support@paradeh.com with your payment reference.

5. What is your refund policy?

Refunds are generally not available after digital access is granted, except for cases like duplicate payments or failed delivery. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. How do creators get paid?

Payouts are made after deducting platform fees, taxes, refunds, and payment-gateway charges, on the schedule shown in the creator dashboard.

7. Who owns the films?

Creators retain ownership. Paradeh receives a non-exclusive licence to host and stream. Details are in our Terms and Content Policy.
