Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. For digital Services (short-film streaming tickets), delivery is electronic — no physical courier is required. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. Digital ticket delivery does not carry a separate shipping charge; prices are shown in INR (₹) at checkout.

Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.

Factors that may affect delivery time include courier / postal delays, incorrect address details, payment confirmation delays, and force majeure events. For digital streaming access, delivery is typically immediate after successful payment confirmation, subject to account and technical availability.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

• Digital tickets: after successful payment, check your Paradeh account library / tickets and the confirmation email sent to your registered email ID. That status is your delivery confirmation / tracking for digital Services.
• Physical shipments (if any): tracking details, where provided by the courier or postal service, will be shared by email when available. You may also contact support@paradeh.com or 9036597895 with your order reference for status updates.
• If payment succeeds but access or shipment confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, contact support@paradeh.com with your payment reference.
